No. White Oak Talent Solutions is a career consulting service, not a recruiting or staffing agency. I don’t place candidates with employers or guarantee job placement. Instead, I provide the strategy, tools and personalized guidance to help you confidently manage your own job search and present yourself as a strong candidate.

Your coaching sessions are scheduled at your pace. You’ll receive ongoing email support throughout your active engagement to answer questions, provide feedback and help you stay on track.

Payment is due at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.

All consultations and coaching sessions are by appointment only and scheduled through Calendly.
Rescheduling-
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no charge.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations-
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the remaining appointment time will be honored but the session cannot be extended.
If you're running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
